all phases of an enterprise transformation. I have
worked both top-down and bottom-up approaches,
working first with executives and then gaining
breadth and depth or first with development teams
and then building a viable ecosystem to address
systemic impediments to agility.
I am organized, detail-oriented, and able to plan
and direct projects. I evaluate systemic issues
and develop innovative solutions to meet business,
productivity, and quality goals.
